Cheese Dip with Herbs
​
Ingredients:
-
1 Vegnature log
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
-
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
-
Crackers or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions:
-
In a bowl, mash the Vegnature log with a fork until smooth.
-
Mix in olive oil, lemon juice, and smoked paprika (if used).
-
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Creamy Pasta Sauce
For 2 people

Ingredients:
-
1 Vegnature log (Garlic & Leeks, Herbes de Provence & onions or 3 Peppers & Chives)
-
1 cup plant-based milk (unsweetened)
-
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
Pasta of choice (cooked)
Instructions:
-
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add the crumbled Vegnature log. Stir until it begins to melt.
-
Slowly whisk in the plant-based milk until smooth.
-
Add nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
-
Toss with cooked pasta and serve immediately.
Stuffed Bell Peppers à la Vegnature​​
For 2 people
Ingredients:
-
4 bell peppers (halved and deseeded)
-
1 Vegnature log (Tomatoes & Basil)
-
1 cup cooked quinoa
-
½ cup diced zucchini
-
½ cup diced cherry tomatoes
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Mix the Vegnature log with quinoa, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
-
Stuff each pepper half with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
-
Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed peppers and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Vegan Cheesecake
​For 4 people
​
Ingredients:
-
1 Vegnature log (Original, Pear & Champagne or Nuts & Cranberry)
-
1 ½ cups vegan graham crackers (crushed)
-
¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
-
½ cup cacao butter (melted)
-
½ cup maple syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
-
Mix crushed graham crackers and melted coconut oil; press into a springform pan or individual ramekins to form the crust.
-
In a blender, combine Vegnature log, melted cacao butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
-
Pour the mixture over the crust and chill in the fridge for 4–6 hours or until set.
Sweet Spread with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients:
-
1 Vegnature log (Original, Pear & Champagne, Nuts & Cranberry)
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings
-
1 tbsp crushed almonds or pecans
-
Fresh fruits like strawberries, figs, or blueberries

Instructions:​

Form the Vegnature log onto serving plate.
-
Drizzle with maple syrup and top with cacao nibs and nuts.
-
Arrange fresh fruits around the spread and serve with toast or crackers.
