Makes 2 gourmet croque-monsieurs (2 slices of bread)
2 slices of your favorite bread
1 tbsp. plant-based butter
4 thin slices of Soya Distinction smoked tofu
4 slices of Original VegNature or Herbes de Provence & Onions
4 teaspoons of bechamel sauce
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
Spread butter on each side of the bread.
Then add on each slice
2 tsp. of béchamel sauce
2 slices of VegNature
Seabiosis Pickled Kombu (to taste)
2 slices of Soya Distinction smoked tofu
Add a drizzle of oil on the smoked tofu.
Place in the oven and heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and enjoy!
