GOURMET CROQUE-MONSIEUR

STEPS

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).

  • Spread butter on each side of the bread.

  • Then add on each slice

  • 2 tsp. of béchamel sauce

  • 2 slices of VegNature

  • Seabiosis Pickled Kombu (to taste)

  • 2 slices of Soya Distinction smoked tofu

  • Add a drizzle of oil on the smoked tofu.

  • Place in the oven and heat for 12 to 15 minutes.

  • Take out of the oven and enjoy!
